The obverse shows the bank's inscription with a reddish-brown shadow, an ornamental pattern of interlacing lines, the coat of arms of the Republic of Uzbekistan and a seven-digit number with a two-letter Latin series. The reverse shows the historical architectural monument Chashmai Ayub in Bukhara on an ochre ground and two white hexagons that combine against the light with the matching hexagon on the front.
A banknote of the Central Bank of the Republic of Uzbekistan, the first series of the sum, the 1994 design. The most interesting security features are a watermark of dark contour lines with an octagonal pattern spread evenly over the whole note, a security thread running across the whole width of the note in its left part and a seven-digit number with a two-letter Latin series.
The Uzbek sum is collected by design: the first series of 1994, the individual notes of 1997–2019 and the present Archaeological Sites series of 2021–2022 are different designs, each with its own sizes, colours and subjects. UNC condition means the note has never circulated: no folds, no wear, no soiling, even corners — just as it left the press.
